The goal would be to help make this UX intuitive so new users can learn and adapt quickly. Reduce time on screen and spend more time serving families.

  • Post our content auditing of the website, we created user personas to understand our users better.

  • Meet Jenny, a potential client who would be using the portal to register as a provider. Jenny is based in Savannah, GA, and she previously owned a toy store which shows her love for children.

  • She now wants to expand her business by providing a safe and happy space for children.

  • The empathy map helped our team deeply understand what our user persona, Jenny felt and what she expects from a website for smoother navigation.

  • Conducted usability testing to further enhance the website and understand any shortcomings.
